3-4 oz sliced steak (cooked). Purchase pre-marinated steak. Broil for 10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

How to make the Quinoa salad:
1 cup dry white quinoa
(2 cups cooked)
4 oz crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese (½ block)
2 cups grape tomatoes, diced
½ cup spinach leaves, minced
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Place 1 cup of dry quinoa and 2 cups of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover the saucepan and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
2. While the quinoa is cooking, dice the spinach and grape tomatoes.
3. To make the quinoa salad, combine 2 cups of cooked quinoa, 4 oz feta cheese, diced grape tomatoes, minced spinach, and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to the taste and mix well.
