Hi, my name is John Erickson, creator of www.corefatloss.com and author of the “Recipes For Fat Loss” book.

Despite following diet after diet, I couldn’t think straight, I was constantly hungry, and gaining weight by the day.

Like anyone else, I blamed my lack of progress on age or bad genetics. Fortunately, I discovered a unique method of eating that changed my life forever. For the first time, I was in control of my emotions instead of having them control me. I immediately lost weight, my cravings were gone, and I could now read past the first paragraph of a book without losing focus.

At this point, I decided to dedicate my life to helping others achieve the same success through balanced nutrition. My approach promotes self-sufficiency and gives you a chance at controlling your own outcomes in life.  My Core Fat Loss system has become a household treasure for thousands of everyday Americans because it serves as a path towards self-perfection.

I will free you from the confines of the billion-dollar diet industry. My goal is to turn you into your own nutritionist so you never need another “diet.” I’ll arm you with the tools necessary to create a fat loss meal no matter where you venture. EXPERIENCE
Throughout my professional career, I’ve accumulated over 15 years of unique experience (since 1999) putting diet meals into action. As a specialist in food preparation and portion control, I worked as a dietitian serving food inside a 300-bed hospital and I ran the kitchen operations for the popular Zone Diet delivery service, which fed 5,000 people per day, including many celebrities and professional athletes.
I currently work at Core Dynamics Gym, located in the heart of the Hampton s, Long Island, New York. At Core Dynamics Gym, we help people get fit, stay young, and be happy by applying the most cutting-edge diet and exercise techniques available.

My Philosophy

There’s an widespread crisis within the diet industry that is going to force us to change the way Americans think about food. The most fundamental model on which our scientific view of nutrition is based has come into conflict with a new way of eating. For traditional American society, nutrition was essentially founded on the notion of “calories in vs. calories out,” an understanding of food which makes no distinction between protein, carbohydrate or fat. By contrast, the philosophy of CoreDiets™ was founded on the idea that the type of calories you consume means everything.
